The Dale City Swim Team Board is excited to share that registration for Winter Training is now OPEN!

• Please login to your SwimTopia account if you are a returning swimmer, or create a SwimTopia account if you are a new family.
• This program will focus on preparing swimmers for the upcoming 2026 summer swim team season. Coaches will focus on teaching proper breathing and kicks, flip turns, and breaststroke and butterfly technique.
• Registration is open to swimmers 5-18 years old.
• The Dale City Frogs will offer three (3) sessions of training for returning and new swimmers. (A discount will be applied if you register for all sessions by October 13).
• Practices are held on Sundays, from 4:00pm to 5:00pm.
• Practices will be held at PWCS Aquatics Center, 13833 Dumfries Road, Door #25, Manassas, VA 20112.

Session 1: $126 (Registration Dates: Aug. 31 - Oct 13): Oct. 5, Oct. 12, Oct. 19, Oct 26, Nov.2, Nov 30, Dec. 7, Dec. 14

Session 2: $126 (Registration Dates: Aug. 31 - Jan 12): Jan. 4, Jan. 11, Jan. 25, Feb. 1, Feb. 8, Mar. 1, Mar. 8, Mar. 15

Session 3: $80 (Registration Dates: Aug. 31 - Apr. 27): Apr. 12, Apr. 26, May 3, May 17, May 24

Session 1, 2, & 3: $300 (Registration Dates: Aug. 31 - Oct. 13)- All 21 sessions included.
