2026 Winter Training Registration
Welcome to the Dale City Frog's Winter Training Registration.
- Please log in to your SwimTopia account if you are a returning swimmer, or create a SwimTopia account if you are a new family.
- The Winter Training program will focus on preparing swimmers for the upcoming 2027 summer swim team season.
- Winter Training Program is held on Sundays, from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. at PWCS Aquatics Center, 13833 Dumfries Road, Door #25, Manassas, VA 20112.
- Registration is open to swimmers 5-18 years old.
- The Dale City Frogs will offer three (3) sessions of training for returning and new swimmers. (A discount is offered if you purchase all three sessions by Oct. 11).
Session 1 (Registration Dates: Sept 1 - Oct. 11): Oct 4, Oct. 11, Oct 18, Oct 25, Nov 1, Nov 22, Dec. 6, Dec. 13 - CLOSED
Session 2 (Registration Dates: Sept 1 - Jan 10): Jan. 3, Jan. 10, Jan 24, Jan 31, Feb. 7, Feb. 28, Mar. 7, Mar. 14 - $128
Session 3 (Registration Dates: Sept 1 - April 4): March 21, April 4, April 11, April 18, April 25, May 2 - $96
Coaching Line-up: Our Winter Training Program will be led by Coach Nick, Coach Rachel, and Coach Isaak.
