Hello Dale City Frogs!

We are excited to share that registration for the upcoming Winter Training is now OPEN! Register Now!

• Please login to your SwimTopia account if you are a returning family, or create a SwimTopia account if you are a new family.
• This year's program will focus on supporting swimmers for the upcoming 2027 summer swim season. Coaches will focus on teaching proper breathing and kicks, flip turns, and breaststroke and butterfly technique, as well as well as growing our swimmer's sportsmanship and support towards each other.
• Registration is open for swimmers 5 -18 years old.
• The Dale City Frogs will offer three (3) sessions of training for returning and new swimmers. (We have a discount available if you register a swimmer for all sessions by October 11)!
• Practices will be held on Sundays, from 4:00pm to 5:00pm.
• We will be located at the PWCS Aquatics Center, 13833 Dumfries Road, Door #25, Manassas, VA 20112 (also known as Colgan!).

Session 1 (Registration Dates: Sept. 1 - Oct. 11): Oct. 4, Oct. 11, Oct.18, Oct. 25, Nov. 1, Nov. 22, Dec. 6, and Dec. 13 - $128

Session 2 (Registration Dates: Sept. 1 - Jan. 10): Jan. 3, Jan. 10, Jan. 24, Jan. 31, Feb. 7, Feb. 28, Mar. 7, and Mar. 14 - $128

Session 3 (Registration Dates: Sept. 1 - Apr. 4): Mar. 21, Apr. 4, Apr. 11, Apr. 18, Apr. 25, and May 2 - $96

Sessions 1, 2, & 3 (Registration Dates: Sept. 1 - Oct. 11): Includes all three (3) sessions. - $315
