We need you Frog Families! Please consider picking up and donation any of these items. We do not have a home meet that will require donations for several weeks, but we do need to start stocking with these items for practices and family nights. Thank you for your support!

Our first day of practice is Tuesday, May 26! If you are a returning swimmer, please come to the practice hour you attended last season. If you are new to the team, please come to the below age group hours:

Group 1 Swimmers (5 to 10 years) 6:15-7:00 PM (Mon-Fri)
Group 2 Swimmers (11 to 14 years) 7:00-8:00 PM (Mon-Fri)
Group 3 Swimmers (15 to 18 years) 8:00-9:00 PM (Mon-Fri)

Coaches will evaluate swimmers during the first week of practice and may recommend a different practice group, as needed.

We invite you to hop over and join us for our upcoming Dale City Swim Team Open House and Suit Try-on on April 24, 6-8 p.m. This event offers current families and prospective swimmers an opportunity to learn more about our program, meet our coaches and board members, and get all your frog gear in preparation for a toad-ally great season! Due to limited try-on space, please sign-up in advance to ensure there is available time and space for your fitting and purchase. The event will be hosted at Good Shepherd United Methodist, 14999 Birchdale Ave, Dale City, VA 22193.

We will celebrate the end of the 50th anniversary season with a banquet at the Waterworks Waterpark Pavillion. Arrival time is 4:45 p.m. Please allow extra time to find parking since the waterpark is open to the public at this time. Bring with you: 

• Chairs/Canopy 
• Picnic/Snacks
• Suit/Towel 

After the banquet, the waterpark will open to swimmers and their families at 6:30 p.m. and close at 8:30 p.m. 

DCST Frogs is a nonprofit. Please donate to help support our children and team. We appreciate your contributions to our consessions table!

***All items, BOTH PERISHABLE and NONPERISHABLE, CAN BE dropped off to Jose or Diana Alfaro on Thursday the 24th during any hour of practice or Friday the 25th during FIRST HOUR or first 10 MINS of second hour practice.***

If you are unable to drop items off on Thrusday or Friday morning; please ensure PERISHABLE items are given to the Concessions Team no later than 6:30AM to allow them time to prep/divide food items and have them ready for sale at the start of the meet.

***Please ensure all NON-PERISHABLE items are given to the Concessions Team no later than 6:45AM to allow them time to setup/organize the concessions table and begin sales on time at the start of the meet.

Hop back in time at the Frog Pond for Throwback Thursday! Dress up in your favorite decade’s style, whether it’s funky ‘70s, neon ‘80s, or Y2K! Leap into the fun with music during practice and materials to tie-dye your own shirt. (Make sure to bring a white item to dye and we will have swimmers take it home in a gallon bag)
