Let’s celebrate our last home meet with our seniors! We can't wait to see all they accomplish after their final swim at the frog pond. To celebrate we will have ice cream sundaes and swimmers are encouraged to dress up like seniors - gray wigs, canes, and all! 2025 graduates are welcome to bring their cap and gown for a senior photo right before the start of the 3rd hour. Senior send-off posters will be available to sign for the rest of the week. Let’s cheer on our seniors as they head into their next chapter! |

Come dressed up in your favorite superhero or villain costume and bring that competitiveness to the frog pond! Swimmers and coaches will meet to face off during dryland time between practice in the green lawn for a WATER BALLOON FIGHT!! Coaches will vote on the best costume from each hour and that lucky swimmer will win a prize. |

There will be NO evening practice due to a lifeguard event at the pool. Instead, have dinner out at Five Guys (2804 Prince William Pkwy, Woodbridge, VA 22192). Dine between the hours of 5 - 9PM and tell them you are there for the Dale City Swim Team Spirit Night. |

We appreciate your contributions to our consessions table! ***Please ensure PERISHABLE items are given to the Concessions Team no later than 6:30AM to allow them time to prep/divide food items and have them ready for sale at the start of the meet. ***Please ensure all NON-PERISHABLE items are given to the Concessions Team no later than 6:45AM to allow them time to setup/organize the concessions table and begin sales on time at the start of the meet. It wouldn't feel like a summer with the frogs without our annual walking taco night! Each swimmer can come by after practice or 30 mins before to grab a walking taco to take to go or enjoy with their frog family. All activities nights are donation and volunteer based and we are incredibly grateful for all who contribute. |

Our annual fundraiser is BACK at the frog pond! This event has swimmers showcase their endurance by swimming as many laps as possible in their 1 hour practice. Families and loved ones can support their swimmer and the team by contributing money towards each lap! Raised funds go directly towards the swimmers end of year party and next year team costs (like activity nights and keeping prices as low as possible). The frog family appreciates all donations and contributions to our team! |
